I have only been taking this for 2 weeks but am starting to see a little improvement. I am 60, and I love the sun, so I am hoping I see improvement in all my skin soon. I do work out regularly and eat a good diet. I have also lost almost 20 pounds, so I do have the saggy skin. But I am seeing a little improvement, hopefully, I’ll see more soon.
