I started the Active-PK on November 19th and haven't missed a day but I have not lost any inches or weight. My weight and inches have stayed the same since before I started. I will give this product a try for 3 months and if still no results I will return the 3 empty bottles as suggested. I recently ordered another 3-month supply so hoping I don't have to send them back.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
