    Overall Experience:

    Online customer service was excellent. All of my experiences with online customer service has not been great. Yours, however, was very good. I did not know there were sizes on the inside of your rings. When your representative told me this, we were able to determine that I was sent the wrong size ring and a replacement was immediately sent out. With other companies, I would have been charged for the replacement and get a credit when the wrong one was received by the company. In this case, I did not feel like I made a mistake. The replacement is on its way without a nasty gram. I appreciate this level of customer service. Thank you.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
