I order 2 NCAA rings. The delivery was fast. My ring is a Texas Longhorn and within 2 weeks the color was gone from one of the horns. I emailed them about the issue. I hadn't checked my email in a few days but a few days later I had a replacement sent to me no questions asked. Great customer service and I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
