    Mindvalley

    Webinar

    Overall Experience:

I spend time to write this because I would better the internet.

The information the WildFit webinar gave me was 80% old information with good summary and good argumentation to change the behavior for food. But nothing else. It's a good webinar for marketing and to pay the $400 for the next webinar. I bet they use only a diet like Atkinson or Atkinson-like.

The other content of alternative medicine or energetic thinking is the same waste of time. If somebody would help you really, they would give you a webinar for $50 dollars...with good content.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Company Response from Mindvalley LLC

      Dear Doderie,

We're sorry you feel this way! Wildfit is not "a diet" but a new methodology that changes your mindset towards food so you can drastically improve your health and fitness levels by simply making easy, step-by-step changes to your food habits. This is also the reason our students are seeing amazing results from this program. You can read more of our students' experiences here: https://mindvalley.com/wildfit/reviews.

What differentiates our programs from anything else available is also something we call a Quest format. Quests take you on a deeper journey where you can learn alongside others. A Quest course averages around 30 days. It’s like years of wisdom and learning re-engineered into just 10-20 minutes a day. When you join a Quest, you start and end on the same date as everyone else in your group. You can take advantage of live group motivation and private forum access to teachers and facilitators. We feel this approach to learning provides a much higher success rate. In fact, our customers are 5x-10x (times) more likely to complete a Quest when compared to a traditional online course. We hope this explains a bit more on how our programs work.
