I just bought rings for my 10-year vow renewal. The ink on my ring started flaking off. I sent an email about it and by the end of the day, I received a response back. Sent the information needed and within a few hours received another response that my ring was going to be replaced. Very happy with the turnaround. The ring is very comfortable to wear. I don't even know I have it on.
