    Groove Life Silicone Ring

    Overall Experience:

    I lost my original ring and went to warranty it. Groove took care of it right away. For some reason, the first order never reached me though. So I contacted Groove again about the issue and I corresponded with Jacqueline. She immediately took care of me. Kind and courteous as well! No back and forth over and over, she just took care of it. Great customer service from Jacqueline and always a great product. Thanks Groove!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
