Ordered contacts at the beginning of December, checked December 11th and said the order had been sent. By the end of December I still never received them so I reached out. Customer service said they would send it again. It’s been over 2 weeks again and still nothing. The updated order was never even added to my account and they never came.
Paid for 3 months worth of contacts and have been forced to wear my glasses for a month and a half.
Very unprofessional. No refund, no contacts.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
