I've been taking BIO X4 about two months now. Within two or three days, my appetite diminished so I don't need as much food to get that feeling of fullness. I don't know how much weight I've lost, but I can button my jeans much easier than before. I'll check my weight at the doctors in a few weeks. My problem with constipation has disappeared. This product is everything it was claimed to be. Thank you Nucific. BIO X4 is GREAT!
