Honestly, I do like it, I got it for help with hair and nails and skin. I also break out with everything and this supplement doesn’t break out my face which I love. I am a hairstylist that struggles with finding hair-friendly supplements that work and don’t break my face out. I also get the benefits of avoiding aging, which I loved! I have 3 bottles now and gave one to a close friend to try too.
