I paid the membership fee upfront, was billed around $100 for the membership plus another $100 for the appointment that day. I have not had an appointment in the last 2 months, but you guys keep trying to charge my debit card, stating it's a membership fee. So I canceled everything with you people, and you still charge my card. Delete my card info! Refund my $100 membership fee, because you guys are crooks! Your doctor was great, but your billing dept are scammers. When you sent me an email asking how your service was, I clicked "Bad" so your site won't let me review you. You are deceiving the public because you only let someone leave a review when they are satisfied. If I don't have the membership fee back in my bank by Tuesday, my next step is to call the Better Business Bureau. I will never use your site again! I'm a business owner myself and I could go to prison for lying to the public like you people do! Why is it so difficult for you to be honest? Delete my card info, because your site won't let me! Great, so now you have my card info forever. I will cancel the card, which is another inconvenience for me, but it's not like you crooks care.
