It says if you buy in on Gundry's site, the price reduces, so I did, and the reason it reduces is ALL the ingredients are cut in half, including 10g protein (not 20), the whole label of Supplement Facts are 1/2 everything, that's why it's cheaper. Now I'm not sure if I should double up on the dose. Also, it doesn't say if you can drink it more than once a day.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
