Honestly, I do not like shakes. I had wished I could cancel the order and planned to return it upon arrival. I was reading the book, The Plant Paradox, and my inner voice whispered, "trust".
I decided to make a shake, and could not believe how delicious and smooth it was! In my opinion, this is not a shake. It’s more like pudding...delicious pudding!
Let’s talk about how it has impacted my health and well-being. Inflammation is down, energy has increased and my joint pain has decreased.
