I ordered and received a bottle of Macallan 18 that was damaged on arrival (no fault of Flaviar). I contacted customer support and Nina immediately responded and reached out to the company that fulfilled the order. Unfortunately, they did not have another bottle to replace my damaged one, but Nina gave me a complete refund of my purchase, no questions asked. Thanks Nina! Well done!
