    TAPfit

    Never received product!

    Overall Experience:

    I ordered the TAPFit Deluxe Home Fit System on December 27, 2019. I paid $167 via PayPal, and it has been six weeks and I still have not received my order! I also signed up for the monthly online service for $9.95. The money was withdrawn from TAPFit for the month of January even though I was never sent the product. I have emailed TAPFit's customer support twice (there is no phone number to call), and received a generic response. I have requested a refund, and have gotten no response. I feel I have been scammed and ripped off. I've filed a claim with PayPal. Buyer beware!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Thank you for your comments. I have in my system that your order was delivered via FedEx last month. We do apologize for the delay in receiving your TAPfit system. We previously had supply chain delays due to the impact of Covid-19 on our factory in Asia. We have since moved this production to the US to ensure timely delivery of all items to our customers.
