I have noticed a lot less indigestion, much better sleep, and a decrease in gas and bloating. I would definitely recommend this for anyone having IBS symptoms or excessive gas and bloating. My husband, who has taken medication for indigestion for 20 years and then antacids on top of that, has been able to almost totally stop them.
