Scott was very helpful in walking me through the whole process. He always answered all my (silly or not) questions and did so in a professional manner. I know a lot of people say this but "Scott did go above and beyond" the call to help me out.
One more thing is that Scott made me feel like I was the only person he was helping. He took, I think, more time to listen to my concerns about this process of selling my life insurance, as I have never done anything like this before.
