Working with Jakob was nothing short of amazing. He was so upbeat and nice, so professional and happy, fun to work with. He understood that I bought a band two months ago and misplaced it and he looked up my records and I had a new ring shipped to me that same day! I was in sales for 26 years but I tell you not only are Groove's products the best (I love my band and now getting a watch band), but the experience I get working with the team is fantastic.
