Greg Knight was professional, caring, and certainly stayed focused on assisting me. He displayed great customer service at all times. Coventry Direct could definitely promote him into management as a trainer on how to talk, communicate, and assist customers. His professionalism and specialized knowledge are hard to find anymore.
