I try to drink it about 4 times a week in place of dinner. I find after drinking that I do not feel hungry nor do I need to snack. I have lost 5 pounds so far. I plan to continue and hope to lose at least 20 pounds. I use only about half a scoop of powder in iced water and the taste is good.
