I haven't received my order yet but I went online to preview the lessons. All I could access was the long, boring intro. Hope this isn't indicative of future problems. Also, why is there no customer service phone number?

In our introduction video, we like to go over the best ways to use our Online studio, how to access your bonus videos, how to correctly put on your taps and the best ways to structure your workouts every week.
