Have had stomach issues, diarrhea, stomach cramping, etc., for several years after taking a strong antibiotic. Took 2 capsules per day and noticed comforting changes the first day. No cramping, bloating, diarrhea, etc. Do have yellow stools and would like to know if this is a normal change of color from ingredients in a capsule. If so, I definitely would recommend to all. Husband and daughter also taking this (2 per day) and have seen the same very favorable results but light-colored stools.
