Overall I'm satisfied with the orders I have placed. On my food orders, I have had to call you because something was missing or replaced with other items. That's ok except this last order the invoice said 8 items were shipped. I only received 7. I called giving an explanation and was put on hold without returning. Don't get me wrong, I'm not upset. I believe though that a letter with a reason explaining what you are doing would stop a lot of negative return calls. Most of all, I do like your products. Overall I'm satisfied.
