BetterHelp is the best thing I've found! I love my counselor and how helpful she is. I love that I can choose to use the video, phone, or live chat option. One of my favorite features is being able to chat with my counselor outside of the session and she can send me worksheets and chats as well. I would absolutely recommend this!
