We have ordered several items from Food 4 Patriots. These items have always arrived securely packaged, containing the servings of food advertised. We have not tried all the foods of course, as we haven't had a long emergency. We have tried the ones in the 72-hour pack and found them easy to prepare and quite tasty. This is a trustworthy online company that I definitely have no hesitation to recommend to others!
