BetterHelp has impressed me with the format in which the website is set up and the variety of help it provides. I'm able to have ongoing communication with a counselor in written form in addition to being able to set up calls or video calls if I wish. BetterHelp is a benefit provided through my employer and I'm grateful they offer this benefit to me.
