The most objective assessment that I can provide is that BetterHelp makes counseling so much more accessible. I used to drive for hours to see my counselor or I would need to pay way above what I could afford. Counseling is still expensive but at least now I can have it work with my schedule and I do not need to worry about driving or commuting for so long.
