    Poor customer service

    Overall Experience:

    My initial order was 10/26/19. My complaint is about the Dermal Repair Complex. Every time I took the pills I became ill. I phoned Beverly Hills MD on 11/26/19 to request cancellation of my account and a return authorization to return the unused product. I was told the account was cancelled and I would receive an email with the return authorization attached. On 12/3/19, I discovered another monthly charge for $100.52 and every month since then, through March. I did not receive more shipments since January, but am still waiting for the repair authorizations to return the unused, unauthorized shipments of 4 months, and the charges for February and March to be refunded to my account (there was no product received for these charges). I have been unsuccessful with Beverly Hills MD to end my nightmare. I have had very little help from my credit card company, other than to tell me to contact the seller. My feeling is that this is one step below a scam. They have had my money for 6 months, but I cannot use the product. Be very careful of companies that have automatic recurring payments taken on your charge card; it seems impossible to get it stopped and I am spending hours every month typing emails and repeating my story without results.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
