The hardship of having to meet in person is alleviated by meeting online. Of course, one has to be conversant with technology to make it work, which can be a hardship for some.
Sticking to a schedule requires discipline, which can be acquired by diligence and foresight. The quality of the licensed clinicians is great and admirable. I approve of this new, innovative method of family and group counseling.
