I have been using my Quip Toothbrush for quite a while now. My fear of dentist and love of clean teeth are a motivating factor. Getting a new fresh brush in the mail every three months like clockwork is awesome as well, no worries! What a bummer when one morning my toothbrush did turn! I went to the website and was pleasantly surprised when I saw they had answers to my questions. After a short email conversation with Samantha I found out my beloved toothbrush is under warranty and I will be receiving a replacement. Yay! I could not be happier because just last month I extended my subscription to include toothpaste and floss (that I didn’t know was available).
