I've received counseling through BetterHelp for several months now, and my experience has been entirely positive. The counselor with whom I've been paired has helped me deal with the procrastination problems that have been hurting me financially and with some of my relationships. Some may find the 30-minute weekly video conferences too short, but in my experience, this is more than outweighed by the daily exchange of messages through the BetterHelp app. With rare exceptions, my counselor responds to my messages by the end of each day. Of course I can't speak to the expertise, empathy, and responsiveness of other counselors, but I have been completely satisfied working with mine.
