BetterHelp was recommended to me by a friend and it's honestly one of the best decisions I have made for myself. Their platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use and although I've only experienced one counselor during my short time, she's phenomenal so I imagine that's a common thread throughout. I've never felt so validated and understood by someone.
If you are thinking about signing up, just do it. It takes very little time and you get so much out of it. It's also super convenient to take the sessions from the comfort of my own couch so I don't feel guilty spending too much time on myself. The great thing is too if for some crazy reason you don't get a great counselor, you can switch anytime so it really feels like BetterHelp is here to support you as the individual and not "the company".
