For people like me, who live in a foreign country, is difficult to express themselves in another language. Also, having a tight work schedule and kids at home makes it even harder. I can choose where and when, I can choose the form of the counseling I want/need and my counselor is always there for me when I need her, not only at our scheduled appointments.
