I am taking this to help my immune system. I have MS and I try hard to stay as healthy as possible. Especially now that we have the Covidvirus all around us. I haven't been able to leave the house in weeks, it is too dangerous for someone with a little or no immune system. Hope this helps me stay strong. I've been taking 2 tablets two times a day but have decided to take all 4 daily tablets once a day when I wake up. See how it effects me, great I hope.
