Was suffering from Diverticulitis very painful stomach problems including loose and frequent bowel movements. The Total Restore got me back to normal. When the Bio Complete 3 came I started taking that until I could reorder the Total Restore but since taking it I continue to be well and now wonder which one I should order. Cannot afford both if that's an option. Any help with the choice is appreciated. Thank you.
