This was worth the money! After the first week, I noticed a change in my GI system. Have always struggled with having bowel movements regularly, but since taking Synbiotic I have had regular bowel movements daily. My 19-year-old daughter who has also been taking with me has struggled with acid reflux for over a year and was taking prescription and over the counter medications regularly. Since starting Synbiotic she has had no acid reflux problems and is no longer taking those medications. Thank you so much Synbiotic!
