Even before the COVID-19 business, I was excited about this format! It's nice to not have to sit in an office and rehash my life. In some ways this seems more interactive and more productive.
My counselor is engaged and friendly. I can tell she's paying attention to what I'm saying and she asks great follow up questions that allow me to explore without the pressure of "using up an hour"...I like being able to have time to think about things.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
