I haven’t been using BetterHelp for long, but their team has been amazing throughout my entire experience. I was nervous and skeptical at first, especially since it was a large sum of money fronted if I decided it wasn’t for me. They offered me a free trial and switched my payments to weekly that could be halted at any time. I am so glad I decided to forward because my counselor has been nothing short of wonderful. She is extremely informative and easy to get along with. The conversation is never one-sided and I can appreciate that. I am very grateful for BetterHelp and can’t wait to see where this journey takes me.
