    Cancellation please

    Overall Experience:

    I need assistance in the continuing charges on my credit card. I canceled your program but I still keep getting charged. I tried to log in, to no avail. I am processing this through the credit card company. Thank you so much.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
