I reached out to Coventry and received a call-back from Matthew Glanzberg. Skeptical to start, Matt was very patient and walked me through the process. He was always very helpful and responsive without being intrusive. I will be talking with him again about a second policy and will refer Matt to anyone that I know looking to sell a policy.
