I was skeptical that BetterHelp was too good to be true. But I needed the help and needed it fast. This was a couple of months ago, and I knew getting an appointment at an office would take at least a week or more. So I took the plunge and signed up for BetterHelp. It was really easy. I took a quiz to help pair me with what I was looking for. It populated a list that same day. After I made my choice I had an appointment the very next day. I have been meeting with Sabrina every week since and I love it so much! BetterHelp is definitely worth a try if you need someone to talk to...and right now, couldn’t we all use someone like that?!
