I was skeptical about using this service but my life was spiraling out of control and I needed help. In the midst of the COVID outbreak, I wasn't sure where I was going to get the help I need. I heard of BetterHelp and thought "why not try". I am so glad I did. They paired me with a therapist that really listens to me and helps me with the issues I am having in my life. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to afford the service and they even helped me with the cost. They really are trying to help people connect with a therapist to get the care they need. I am living proof.
