Hello All!
To those of you who are taking the time to read my brief review about BetterHelp. Listen carefully! This is a great method of therapy service that I've encountered so far! The process of signing up was so painless that it took me only 5 minutes to set up (probably less than that!). It only took a couple of days for the company to match me with someone. But the bonus part about all of this is realizing that who they match you with is someone who will be able to relate to you. Take my therapist for example. I was extremely skeptical about going back to therapy. But I decided to anyway. My therapist Kathryn Starratt is by far amazing. She has this method that not only helps her understand you as a person. But it also helps her come up with effective ways to help get back on your feet. I would definitely recommend this company and even Kathryn to anyone who is seeking out help. Mind you I'm a picky person when it comes to anything...literally ANYTHING. So, just know that I'm not being modest when I say that all of this is amazing! Think about it, take the step, and prep for a better life!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
