I contacted them concerning the wearing of my husbands ring, sent photos of the ring. No hassle sending out the same ring the same day. They even told me that if it did it again that they would do another replacement for me for a solid color. I got very good customer service as during this time you had to wait because of COVID-19, but they responded quickly to me and I didn’t have to wait. Reach out to them.
