Company is really Nutrisystem. South Beach charges way more. Food is horrible. They lie. They say you don't have to make any of your own meals but you have to make 6. They put in phase one and phase two food with no explanation. When asked they said, no longer use that. How would I know? Food arrived in a mess. They promised clear instructions. Instructions are weak. Within 2 days I asked to return it all, they promised a full refund and now refused. I asked them to listen to their own recording of the sale to show I am right and they have refused. DO NOT BUY.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
