I'm a budding therapist myself and I highly value the power of being in person. However, with an inconsistent schedule, the Coronavirus, and life transitions such as moving, it would hard for me to schedule time to drive from my office to another person's office and back. Betterhelp is convenient and makes sure to have competent therapists at the ready for people who need them. Though I love in-person, I have not found it difficult to connect with my therapist and feel heard and understood.
