When I ordered, I was skeptical. However, Bio Complete 3 really does work. I have suffered with intestinal problems for years. Now, I am regular. Every morning as soon as I get up, I have a good bowel movement. I feel so much better every day. I have more energy and rarely have any bloating or discomfort.
