I ordered 2 Groove rings for me and my husband for our anniversary. He is serving in Afghanistan so I had to ship the ring to him as a surprise. However, the size I ordered was too small. The Groove team addressed our issue immediately and sent a bigger size. The return process is also simple...just drop the ring in the mail with 2 stamps. Couldn't be easier!
