My husband and I have been taking Bio Complete 3 for 3 weeks. My husband has noticed quite an improvement in his bowels. He suffers from PTSD, which causes anxiety and IBS-D. I also suffer from IBS-D and have found Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds helps tremendously with my inflammation. However, I have not noticed any changes (good or bad) in my bowel movements since starting the Bio Complete 3.
