I received my Groove Life rings as a gift, I did not have an order number, nor did I have an email associated with them, but they were broken and I needed to return them. Customer service was awesome, and the way they helped me that got it to where I could return my ring and get two new ones. I could not ask for a better company with better customer service. The rings are awesome as well.
